Access to baji35 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that gambling is lawful for you in your jurisdiction. We verify age at withdrawal and reserve the right to close any account found to belong to an under-age player.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active baji35 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses. BDT Transactions Only

All financial transactions on baji35 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in currencies other than BDT. Account Security Is Your Responsibility

Fraud & Abuse Will Result in Closure

Funds held in accounts closed for fraudulent activity may be withheld and reported to relevant authorities.

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the baji35 platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of every clause contained in this document and any supplementary policies referenced herein.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and baji35 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at baji35.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the baji35 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the baji35 platform. Continued access to or use of any service on baji35.net following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the baji35 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino games, jackpot slot games, Jackpot Bingo, Circus Delight, Aviator, and any other games or features introduced on the platform in future. Where a specific product has supplementary terms, those supplementary terms apply in addition to these Terms and, in the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms shall prevail in relation to that specific product.

                Important: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall govern. All communications with baji35, including support requests and dispute submissions, should be made in English to ensure accurate handling.
              

baji35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

baji35 is strictly an 18+ platform. Age and identity verification is performed on all accounts before any withdrawal is processed.

18+ Only. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on baji35 under any circumstances.

To register and maintain an active account on baji35, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older. baji35 will request documentary proof of age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to have been opened by a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all bets voided, and all deposited funds returned to the funding source where technically possible.

Identity: You must be a real, living individual and must register using your true and complete identity. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of baji35 is lawful in your jurisdiction. baji35 does not provide legal advice, and it is your obligation to consult applicable local laws before registering. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law use the platform entirely at their own risk.

Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a court order restricting their financial activities are not eligible to hold a baji35 account.

Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through your baji35 account settings or requested via the baji35 support team. Attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

baji35 employs industry-standard age verification procedures and reserves the right to suspend an account at any time pending the completion of identity or age verification checks. During a suspension, the player may not place bets or request withdrawals, but their existing balance is preserved.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one registered account. Registration requires accurate personal information and is subject to identity verification before withdrawals are permitted.

One account per player KYC required for withdrawals

To access the full range of baji35 services, including placing bets, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

You must not register more than one account. If baji35 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any combination of these — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited. In cases where multiple accounts appear to have been created to exploit bonus offers, baji35 reserves the right to withhold associated winnings.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your contact email address or mobile number — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in delayed account verification or support responses.

                KYC Verification: baji35 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method ownership. Document review is typically completed within 24–48 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days.
              

baji35 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account applications from individuals on international sanctions lists or fraud watchlists will be declined automatically. If your account application is refused, any deposit made during the registration process will be returned to the originating payment method.

Account login credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your baji35 login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use your account to place bets on behalf of another person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via verified payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your baji35 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. baji35 does not accept third-party deposits — that is, payments made from a payment account that does not belong to the registered player. Any funds received from a payment method not verified as belonging to the account holder may be held pending investigation and may ultimately be returned to the originating source.

baji35 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed within the account cashier section at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your baji35 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the originating bank's processing times. baji35 does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–4 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national public holidays, or when a KYC review is pending on your account.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass full KYC verification. Additionally, where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, any associated wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

Refusal of Transactions: baji35 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that triggers fraud monitoring alerts, cannot be matched to a verified payment method, or is associated with an account under investigation. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held pending the outcome of the review.

baji35 does not accept cash payments under any circumstances. Any funds deposited through unofficial channels — including informal agents or third-party collectors — will not be credited to player accounts, and baji35 accepts no liability for such funds.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

baji35 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page. Only wagers placed with real-money funds count toward clearing bonus wagering requirements, unless otherwise specified.

One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. If a new bonus is claimed while an existing bonus is active, the existing bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited at baji35's discretion.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Abuse Prevention: baji35 monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

Right to Withdraw Promotions: baji35 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-period, players who have already opted in will typically be permitted to complete the qualifying period under the original terms, unless the promotion was withdrawn due to a technical error or suspected abuse.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Players are required to use the baji35 platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. A range of activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

As a registered player on baji35, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baji35 platform:

Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting support.
Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting event manipulation in connection with bets placed on baji35.
Using automated scripts, bots, AI betting tools, or any other software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes on the platform.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the betting engine. Any winnings obtained through known technical errors are not valid and will be voided.
Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or infrastructure of the baji35 platform.
Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or degrades the experience of other players.
Using the platform in a manner that violates any applicable Bangladeshi law or regulation.

baji35 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, baji35 may close the account, void any pending or recent bets, withhold any funds associated with the breach, and pursue available legal remedies where appropriate.

baji35 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally in cases involving financial crime, fraud, or match-fixing. Player information may be disclosed to authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the baji35 platform is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.

All content available on the baji35 platform — including but not limited to the baji35 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds displays, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of baji35 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

baji35 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the baji35 platform without prior written permission.
Use the baji35 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, advertising, or promotional material.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.
Create derivative works based on any content from the platform.
Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the baji35 platform on a third-party website without express written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is licensed to baji35 for use on this platform only. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective developers. Any use of game content outside the baji35 platform is prohibited.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

baji35's liability to players is limited to the amount of funds held in the player's account at the time of any verified platform failure. baji35 is not liable for losses arising from player decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji35 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the baji35 platform, whether such loss or damage is direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, and whether or not baji35 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

In particular, baji35 is not liable for:

Gambling losses resulting from bets placed by you on the platform, regardless of the circumstances under which those bets were placed.
Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the platform arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
Any loss of data, including but not limited to betting history, account preferences, or personal information, arising from platform failures or third-party breaches beyond baji35's reasonable control.
Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, match statistics, or game results, where such information was subject to a technical error subsequently corrected.
Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays, rejections, or charges applied by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank in connection with your deposits or withdrawals.

                Maximum Liability Cap: Where baji35 is found liable to a player notwithstanding the exclusions above, our total aggregate liability to that player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in the player's baji35 account at the time the relevant event occurred.
              

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes baji35's liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

If you have a complaint about the baji35 platform or wish to dispute a transaction, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution. baji35 will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.
